Hate to keep bringing this topic up but my car is back at the dealer again with the noises coming from the B pillar by the drivers head, sort of a crackle noise. They say they don't hear it, even though they tried to fix it once before. They actually have played with the roof 3-4 times, every time it fixes it for a short period, they get the headliner dirty and it just seems to go on and on. Still have a rattlish noise coming from right rear headliner as well.
Anyone remember what the fix is for the B pillar noises?

 

Sorry, can't help--never had that noise. I only had what appears to be the more prevalent roof popping sound toward the rear and that is now fixed.

 

I had this issue and they replaced the fasteners that hold the b-pillar cover to the car. The note on the repair order said the fasteners were cracked/damaged. Haven't had any issues since then.

 

The noise in the pillar is not from the roof, but actually from under the hood and under the windshield cowl in the far right corner near the ECM. You need to take a flat head screwdriver and spread the the body seam apart. Where the two body parts touch is where the noise comes from. There is a SSM about it, not at TSB, but an SSM. Last why are they messing around with the roof trying to tweek it. There's a fix for the roof noise. I've personally done about a dozen of them and have had no problems with repeat offenders.
