Default Spotify

Well I just found out that the Spotify app will bluetooth stream the album information but won't do it hardwired. The Napster app won't do it either way so obviously its how they implement their bluetooth streaming.

I have an iPhone 4 and I had Napster(who just merged with Rhapsody), Rhapsody, and Spotify. They all bluetooth stream to the car. As far as Spotify it is the only app out of the three that will bluetooth stream Artist, Album, and Song information. Also it is the only one that will let you control it through the center touchscreen and it will pause and resume where left off when the car is turned off. Also, when the phone is hardwired for some reason you lose all of that. No information, nothing.

I've got Pandora working via Bluetooth. Oddly now my hardwired connection drops out all the time. This is after the latest iPhone iOS upgrade.

I get the same thing hardwired. I don't even hard wire it anymore because of that.

Wow! Impressive bump on a 10 year old thread! iOS, Android, Spotify, Bluetooth and phone hardware have all changed a bit in that time!
Now where is that Napster app?
