Suspension noise
Hello Recently had XJL services at dealership. They replaced uppper lower control arms and bushings. Front end alignment was also performed. However service was performed under extended service contract and the warranty company supplied aftermarket parts. Three weeks later I’m now experiencing front end clunk noise over bumps and road imperfections.
Should I return to dealership and insist they recheck the front at no charge or take it to a independent to inspect the issues. If I go back to dealer and they say something new is wrong. How will that be so if they just completed the repair?
What are the chances other components could have failed after the the control arm and bushes replacement?

No I didn’t have the clunking issue until after the repair work was done. I notice a squeaking noise also and took a look at the strut. The center mount looks off center. All this after repair work was done at dealership.
I would go back and have the upper shock mounts and isolators replaced under your warranty. It's really to bad that the dealership did not contact the warranty company to replace these items when they had the suspension apart.
