Ok, hopefully a simple question. My '13 XJ has only a single iPod/USB connector and an aux audio connector in the glove box. I've seen that there are dual USB + audio and USB 2.0 and USB C + audio modules available for the X351. Is it possible to just unplug my current one and plug in a dual one, or does it need wiring, programming or other messing around? Has anyone done this?

Today I learned there was a USB in the glovebox.

 

Ohh, I'll have to go and take a look! Which side was it on and where?

Unfortunately, no sign of an extra USB connector in the glove box, but I did order a dual outlet that *appears* to be compatible (in terms of pinout) with the currently installed one. I'll update this thread once I've 'played'
