Since in my hours of delving into parts diagrams netted me nothing, I hope you all can help. Recently installed Mina Gallery intake. The portion to the intake was super loose so I tightened it with a metal screw clamp (seemed to be too thin coming off the mandrel). Noticed some cracking in the line before I finished putting the cover on, and assumed it was from wear since it was a 2011 with 65k miles. Had some funky acceleration at high RPMs 2nd drive out after install and saw this.For clarity it goes from the intake to the motor. Attachment 209850

 

Not sure but it sounds like it's not vacuum/air tight but needs to be (all such need to be 100% sealed).

 

 

Barb end couplers are also available in various sizes at your local Home Depot, Lowe's, and auto parts stores.
