I picked up my wife's 2012 XJL Portfolio from Unit F14 powder coating in Plano Texas today after getting the stock wheels coated in black matte and I think it came out amazing! Next up speakers (next weekend) then the vinyl wrap! Here are some pictures of the work, enjoy!

i saw one of the vendors somewhere had wheel centercaps with a red logo instead of black. that would match nicely with your calipers, if you can find them.

 

Thank you! I love the factory wheels on these cars and did not want to spend a ton of money really changing the look of the car. The wheels came out amazing especially for the money I spent on them ($450 for blasting and coating, $100 for mounting and balancing, $45 tax) and the turn around time was 1 day!

I have seen the red wheel growler caps on ebay and was already thinking about switching them over!

I had the voice coil rattle issue with the passenger side bass speaker. I ended up getting a free $250 gift card to crutchfield and purchased 4 Rockford fosgate pps4-8 mid bass speakers. I replaced the front doors and the rear deck subs with them and it sounds amazing. I am going to post a how to replace the speakers in a XJL thread this weekend if I get a chance!
