Engine oil leak
I seem to have developed an engine oil leak, increases when running at higher revs. Back of engine dripping from plate between engine and gear box but possibly higher up and running down ? Any suggestions on what to check ?

You probably already have this
2 files below
See page 193 of the 801S doc
This is specifically for the Nippon / Denso ECU V - 12 engine version
Can't find the other V - 12 PDF , maybe tomorrow

Most likely its the oil pan gasket. It will drip from between engine and trans. My car is leaking at the pan gasket and will get a replacement at the next oil change.
Pan gasket change is the easiest compared to other possible sources of leaks, like sandwich plate or rear seal.

I think it might have fixed itself, certainly not going to be looking too hard to find another fault. On a positive note, took the car for its first proper drive today. What an absolute beast they are, power, handling and comfort.
Good that it's no longer a problem, but if it comes back....
My 6.0 had a severe rear oil leak when I bought it for parts, but the engine ran great and the body and interior was in pretty good shape. I had the engine pulled to see what the problem was. It was the rear main seal. I recall it is a full annular oil seal, and it had moved out of its seat in the block and was spinning with the crankshaft, not doing much sealing. We put a new seal in, made sure it would stay in place and the car has been brilliant since. I fixed the interior bits that were broken, but it didn't take much to make it a wonderful car.
