Front spring pan bolts
G'day Jags,
I have R&Rd the spring pans on several of the Jags I have owned and never used new bolts or thread lock and over many thousands of miles have had no problems.
Cheers,
Jeff.

They're not stretch bolts so not sure why manual says to replace them.
Having said that, I always do for peace of mind. I don't buy the ludicrously priced bolts from Jaguar. They're a standard thread (M8x1.25 from memory) serrated flange head bolt - strength rating 10.9 (important). Commonly available from specialist bolt suppliers and ebay for about 10% of the cost from Jag.

10 bucks - 34 bucks with shipping for 25 a year or so ago, cheap insurance with blue threadlocker imo, I bought them.
