Help! front end lower control bolt removal

Help! front end lower control bolt removal
Hey everyone,
Its been a long time. I finally have the money to rebuild the front end of my XJ12 1995. I am at the front lower control arms and can not figure out how to remove the bolt? The only option I can see is to drop the drivers side manifold? Please let me know if I am being a complete or partial goofball?

Gregg,
Is this the Fulcrum Shaft (location arrowed in red) you are trying to remove?

Have you dropped the complete front cross beam (item 1) off the vehicle?
