Hey folks, I’m new here to the x305 forum but have been around a bit with an XJS build and currently a series II XJ12 build.

And the ‘74 XJ12 is about to receive an engine transplant from a ‘95 XJ12. Check out the thread on that forum (it will be up in a bit)

And to that end, I thought I’d share some info about motor mounts that modern XJ12 owners might be able to use.

In order to mount the ‘95 engine on the ‘74 subframe requires some engineering. I haven’t figured it out completely but thought I’d share these pics of a engine mount from an early ‘90’s Ford F series. Anchor 2698. It’s essentially identical in height but will require mods.
