G'day John,

Nice video of your handywork, a question though does your car not have the heat shields over the inner end of the rack boots or did you remove them to do the work? You can see what I mean in my pic below.

Cool, John. Nice editing, and no curse words. I have some tie rod ends to replace. I "should" also replace the boots.

Why are the 20-spokes on your car? Winter wear?

Yes. The Kumho PS31s on the Solars are summer tires. The 16" Goodyears are at least all-season.

I did not. That could be a further indicator that the rack has been replaced. I'm going to have to find those shields in the catalog.
