Default '00 XJ8 idling rough after blowing radiator hose

Hello, I am new to the forums and looking for help with my '00 XJ8.

Transmission shifts fine. The engine is running rough. I checked the front of the engine to make sure the tensioner and timing chain were intact and they are. That was my biggest concern. I daily drove it for two years. One day in bumper to bumper traffic it blew off the upper radiator hose. It did not overheat. I replaced the hose and filled it with coolant before restarting the car. It did not want to restart and when it finally did it sounded like this. I was able to drive it home but then parked it. I was going to use it as an excuse to put a 6 speed manual and LS1 in the car but my wife got pregnant shortly thereafter and we didn’t have the money for the project. Unfortunately I still don’t which is why I haven’t taken it to a shop. I’ve been hoping that I would have money and time to work on it and get it back on the road but that hasnt been the case and my wife is finally making me get rid of it.

Here's a vid.
