I have an issue with the wind shield washer. The motor is operating but no solution is being delivered to the wind shield. To start locating the problem I began at the wiper removing the hose testing for clogs at the wiper and the cowl area, but no washer solution at these areas either. Before continuing I'd like to see if anyone has had this same issue and resolution?

 

The motor could be weak enough that it cannot pump the fluid out. I would start on the motor end and see if you are getting fluid out closer to the line. Pump is located under the right hand wheel well and splash shield. Should be real quick to take out and test. The pump could be making noise but not moving fluid.
