07 xjr with 73K miles, ok to replace trans fluid?

07 xjr with 73K miles, ok to replace trans fluid?

i don't know if the previous owners had the transmission fluid replaced. would it be ok to have it replaced at this age of the vehicle?

make sure you get a new pan\filter and use LG6 fluid

Ford Mercon SP, is the same fluid in red.
For a lot less cash, both made by Shell.
