When should I change the spark plugs and what make and number?

 

For my 2007 XJ8 is used NGK IFR5N10

Changed at 98K miles while attending to slight oil leak at cam covers - I think this was the first time they had been replaced. The ones I removed looked fine.

I think the recommended interval is 100K miles
