Default 2005 XJ8 Driver side HID
Every other light works except the HID on driver side. Have swapped relays with working passenger side to no avail. Is it possible the wiring is broken inside the headlight housing itself? Is there a way to just jump a wire or 2 positive and ground (and which one) from passenger to driver side so they both work at same time?

You probably have already put a new HID bulb in? Another thing that can go is the ballast unit.
