Passenger side low beam. Bulb, Ballast, igniter, fuses have all been changed. Any suggestions on what to do after this? Not working. Ballast, igniter, bulb replaced. Passenger side xenon low beam not working randomly went out. Swapped parts and got new ballast etc. thinking it may be wiring?

the stype has a serviceable relay in there. r13 look for power and ground on the coil side
truthfully, I have no idea what I’m looking at here. Is this in the front fuse box? Or is this part of the wiring? R13 on the front fuse box can just be flipped?
