350 parking brake Hall effect sensor
My x350 has a c1799 Hall effect sensor failure. Evident that the actuator does not know the end stop when releasing as I can hear a clicking noise. Someone experienced the same, and if so, what was the fix?.

EPB cable failure?
Faulty EPB?
The EPB motor should just STALL when the cable is tight.(not 'click')
C1799 PBM Electronic Parking Brake Parking brake motor position sensor circuit fault
Parking brake motor position sensor circuit(s): open circuit, short circuit
to ground, short circuit to B+ voltage, high resistance
Parking brake motor position sensor failure (parking brake motor failure)
