Default ABS and TRAC lights on

Hi, At first it was sporadic, but now when I start my car, the ABS and TRAC message is on. I am fairly certain that my wheel sensors need to be cleaned since I have tried peeling out with my car and traction control stops it, plus I have jammed on my brakes and ABS kicks in. Any thoughts on how to clean these or should I go to jaguar to fix. Does anyone have experience with this or am I wrong in my assumptions?
thanks,

Not a bad place to start. You may want to try a local Jag shop and see if they can read the codes.
