It may help if you you tell us what fault codes you have got back from the scan and any history of the fault on the car as you bought the car with the fault did the previous owner try to rectify the fault this may help with a diagnosis

Reservoir plausibility error is C2303, and you can measure the ride heights from the fender (wing) arch to the wheel center to see if it is actually too high. Front spec is 371 to 401mm, rear spec is 358 to 388mm. I just measure to the middle of the cat's face.

There is a calibration that can be done to calibrate the ride height. However, that code has been linked to the compressor failing, unless you have any other related codes logged. Try doing a calibration, which needs to be done using SDD and see if that helps, if not, the compressor for the air suspension is most likely starting to fail.

You might check to see if the ride height sensors and the link arms are intact.
Sometimes people change the ride height by altering the link arms or brackets??

Sometimes the link arms become detached.

don't calibrate with a fault present, that code normally points to a tired compressor,

does the error light clear when you start the car? and if it comes on after 5-10 mins in every journey it is pointing to a tired compressor

regards

Andy
