Afternoon all.
Weird Audio fault on my 03 plate X350 with touchscreen.
Radio works, but no input from steering controls or buttons on panel below screen (except the volume). Mode, <<, >> AM/FM/ PTY/A.MEM etc. Cannot turn audio on or off.
Cassette will play but won't eject unless you turn the ignition off. Touchscreen works but will sometimes freeze and won't accept any audio inputs (but will change to Nav / Climate etc) until you've switched off and on again.
Have switched both screen / radio units for known working units - no change to the problem.
Is there another audio or control module that could've gone bad? Any suggestions gladly received. Thanks
