Default Connector FP6

I replaced my thermostat (thanks to the help of this forum) and got a new battery (Duralast Platinum / Battery Part Number: H8-AGM). That cleared most of the codes using a T3160E_SC ...a52f. I’m not very happy with it. It only scans the P codes. Thinking about an i 930 or LR ll.
I still had the Parkbrake fault. I read all the threads on connectors. The trunk connectors came apart without damage…I thought… (I didn’t have a tool). I removed the back seat, and it is a task. Just finding the tabs, even when you know where they are, and you know the spacing on them, is a problem. Then getting them free.
I’ve been amazed how pristine everything is. A garage-kept car is always so much nicer. I began taking apart the connections I could disconnect, and cleaning with no residue cleaner. After allowing them to dry I reconnected them. I tried to separate more but managed to break the tab off the one shown (FP6). I also broke the attachment to the floor. I didn’t realize they were attached differently. The grounds everywhere all look pristine. After trying to get the ones shown apart and failing, I tried to start the car and it won’t start. I purchased an electrical Manual, albeit the wrong VIN, (later) and purchased a full workshop manual. Ican’t find a good schematic of connectors with numbers, or a photo-realistic view of them and their location. I did finally figure out the wiring diagram.

How can I get this connector apart to fix it.
Thanks for any help.

That's the electrical manual I used. It doesn't tell you how to get the connector apart? I broke the tab, and apparently two wires and still can't get it apart. Can someone give me the combination? Thanks

Default Starting over

My next door (business) neighbor got my connector apart. The pins look & feel tight. One major problem is 4 elec manual names, 3 actual numbers & apparently none for my VIN (G00931).
Info from Carfax

11/01/2002 NIC Vehicle manufactured and shipped to original dealer
05/02/2003 US Customs Vehicle exported from United Kingdom and imported
to Newark, NJ

08/31/2003 Florida Motor Vehicle Dept. Boca Raton, FL
Titled or registered as corporate vehicle
The connection I thought was FP 6 may not be. It has 16 slots and 14 pins. I'm back where I started. Same codes. Don't know what I did wrong, or where to look next. Any suggestions appreciated.

2 of the codes shown are for the fuel pump.If the plug with the broken wires go to the fuel pump that would explain the no start.Otherwise you need to double check the plugs under the seat because some of them go to the fuel pump and sending unit and make sure they are connected correct.Did the car start before you took apart the various plugs?

Thanks for helping NEO Cat.
Yes. It started and ran until I messed with the plugs in the back seat area, I took apart the red ones. I think they all go to the backseats. I don't think The 6 pin I show was attached to anything but with so many codes thrown, it makes me wonder. I should have taken photos and didn't. All but the 14 pin and the 6 pin I think are seats. When I took out the hydraulics, 3 of those were not in and just fell out. It has regular shocks anyway, but I hooked them back up. I could remove those. See other attached photos. I'll be out tonight but back tomorrow.

Has anyone tried this source. It is $ 19.95/yr for access to manuals? I'm trying to locate better wiring diagrams for my VIN: G00931

Default Connector FP6

Top connection for EPB

only elec guide close to my vin
Connector FP6OK. I found two connectors under the mat I had disconnected & cleaned. The only elec dwg close to my vin # is attached.
I still have the park brake fault. When I go to reset, I get through the motor running to set it but as soon as it's set, it goes to parkbrake fault. I'm going to follow the instructions exactly if I can get the upper connector on the EPB to release. I've attached a photo. I took the upper left nut loose for better access per the forum. Can anyone help with how it comes apart?
