Customizable features?
I was made aware that many of the features on the car are customizable, but that a lot of this has to be performed by the dealer. Does anyone have a list of all the computer options?
I asked my dealer and they didn't have an idea and referred me to the owners manual, but I can't find anything about it. I'd rather not bug them again if I can find it online.

I borrowed an IDS for the weekend to try and track down the cause of my random parking sensor beep and whilst I had it had a look at the options.
I turned off the drip (smear) wipe of the windscreen wipers because it bugs the hell out of me and also turned off the auto dip of the passenger mirror because I didn't really need the feature and my mirror was sticking in the down position occasionally.
While maneuvering in a parking lot or down a long driveway, it is safer to remove your seatbelt (because it allows the body to rotate easier to look to the sides or rear for pedestrians etc).
Under this circumstance the seatbelt chime will create an annoyance, and encourage you to take an action lessening the safety of you and others.
In my 2006 XJL, I long ago disabled this unsafe annoyance. And I haven't had to redisable it, even after a service visit.
While I don't recall the exact steps, the below sound about right:
1. Ensure the front passenger seat is unoccupied.
NOTE: the next steps (2 to 5) must be completed within 60 seconds.
2. Turn the ignition to the RUN position (do not start the engine).
3. Engage the driver safety belt buckle and wait until the seat belt warning lamp extinguishes.
4. Unbuckle the driver safety belt buckle and wait until the seat belt warning lamp illuminates.
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 a further eight times.
6. When the driver safety belt buckle is unbuckled for the ninth time a single chime will be heard. The single chime is confirmation that the Beltminder feature has been disabled.
The Beltminder feature will remain disabled even after leaving the car until the above process (Steps 1 to 6) is repeated.
If you repeat the process the Beltminder feature will be reactivated.

You need to know a friendly mechanic as they are the diagnostic kit used by technicians to work on Jags. There is a good tongue in cheek write up about it here:

On the underhood fuse block, pull fuse F4. This will disable the powerwash pump, which is better known as the unnecessary creator of water spots all over your clean hood device.
