I just used an instant read thermometer to test the temperatures of the dash vents. The main passenger one (center, right) reads 116 F (47 C). The main driver one (center, left) reads 90 F (32 C). The door side ones have lower temps, with the driver's side being cooler than the other. These readings were taken with the car almost warmed up to the optimal temperature, on max fan and H1 settings, with the windows down.
I also have a steady leak where the inlet hose clamps onto the heater tube. I have removed this hose and done a full inspection and found no issues. The rubber itself seems very pliable with nary a crack. Image attached. What should be my next steps here? Thanks!

Sax Heater core inlet.
Your heater core is partially clogged. Known issue on the X350 cars and that hose is due for changing. Hoping you swapped it out!!

Thanks for replying. Curious how you are figuring the hose is due for a change, other than age. Is there something in the picture that you see? Would a partly/ fully blocked heater core cause leaks where the hose meets meets the heater core inlet?

Yes, looking at the pic the ends of the main hose are bulged, which means the rubber is starting to fail. These rubber hoses don't last forever. I'd consider changing it.
The heater core being partially clogged with sediment shouldn't cause a leak per se. The Jaguar heater core design in our cars is a poor one, hence why frequent coolant changes and use of only OAT coolant is recommended to avoid having the sediment build up and necessitating a heater core swap.
If you go for heater core replacement buy new as second hand will probably be in the same state. I cut my old one open as was surprised I was getting any heat to be honest. One of those hoses, the lower one in the photo, looks like it has a cut in it.
I think the leaky joint has an o ring in there or it is on the end of the other pipe, I cannot remember which.
You are right, it's on the inside of the hose. It's slightly deformed. I have taken a picture. Is this something I can replace? Did a quick search and didn't find anything on the forums. The hose (part # C2C2265) is otherwise OK. Car has 110 K miles on it.
Just measure it and buy some on ebay. I remember being in the dealership behind a guy that had a leak from one of those type of joints and he was trying to get the o ring only. They didn't sell them separately.
