Anyone know where I can get replacement egr bolts, or at least size and threads of bolts? Got a new egr valve but have a stripped bolt I'm going to need to replace.

Being in the US I am assuming a petrol not diesel X350. There are two types of bolt used with the EGR valve - one which goes in through the bottom and clamps the pipe to the valve through a gasket (Item 8, M8 x 20mm JFS108207) and one that screws into the side and looks to be a mounting bolt (Item 7, M6 x 45mm AJ82190). The latter appears to be only part threaded.

I can't see any different parts listed for the supercharged V8 so they should be the same.

 

The EGR bolts that run through the valve and attach it to the elbow (supercharged models) are identical to the four bolts that hold the throttle body to the elbow. When I've had the EGR valve, elbow and throttle body apart I've used the two bolts with the best hex heads on them for the EGR due to the accessibility issues with them.
