Was Under The Hood On My XJ6 Today Engine Had Been Running For Over 20mins Car Was At Idle Temp And I Noticed The Engine Fan Was Not Working Is This Normal And Does It Only Come On At Certain Times Or Should It Run Soon As The Engine Starts?

I Even Got In The Car And Went For A Drive Came Back And It Was Still Not Running Just Want To Know If This Is Normal

I guess it's dependent on ambient temperature. If super cold - it's a possibility, otherwise - it could be a problem...

Check all associated fuses and relay to your engine fan and ensure your coolant is topped off and you have no leaks..
