Hi All,
just driving along, and the warning light came on the dash, the engine malfunction light?, the car drives normal, no fault messages, yet, but I have no code reader, will try to get to the garage tomorrow, but where should I be looking for problems?
Another query, while looking around under the bonnet, I noticed the radiator top hose was a bit flat? I mean it looked a little squashed, I tried squeezing it to re-shape it, it did a little but I thought the hose was a little soft and to easy to squeeze, is this normal or is it faulty?

If you have an i phone you can download an app called Torque and I believe you

can use it to read and clear codes or you can buy an OBD code reader,usually

for less than a dealer will charge for one scan.

 

Thanks for that, I might look into that APP, I've looking to buy a code reader but unsure of which model.
