Can anyone tell me the part number or name of the part I've circled in the pic? The 'thing' between the fog lights...I need to buy that and can't find it anywhere! Thanks guys!

There are 3 parts between the fog lights:
(Jaguar XJ 2004-09 Parts manual)

Item 7: Deflector, Inner Air 04-07 C2C26840
Items 8: Insert, Lower Cover 2004 R/L C2C4656-7

Are you missing those "Covers" (#5 & #6) as well as the "Splitter Vane" ?
