In my thread here >> https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-audio-122700/ you can see the white latches that must be "rotated" or swiveled away from the post in the seat. It took blind fumbling with a screwdriver to get them. Knowing where they are beforehand helped a TON. The trick is to unlatch them without the previous ones coming down and becoming latched again.
