Unless for some odd reason the XJR's are fused differently F26 in the engine compartment fuse box is the only one that controls wipers.
Does anyone have the diagram for the 2004 XJ8 engine fuse box? Don't know if I'm looking in the right place but from what I've read I should check my starter relay if my engine doesn't turn over. We replaced the battery today and car still sounds like it wants to kick on but just no can do. thanks ahead.
I am also trying to find a diagram of the relay box in the engine compartment. Any advice? Thanks!

I have a UK 4.0L V8 XJ8 and the fuse box details are all in the Vehicle Care Handbook.t includes a complete listing of all the fuses/purpose/size. don't know if the US fuse layouts are different so I haven't attached my lists.
You can download the X350 Electrical Guide for your model year (or close) at this link:
JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource
The guides show the location and function of relays. For example, in the 2004 Electrical Guide, pages 21-23 of the pdf show the location of the fuse boxes and their internal components, and the various schematics that follow show the function of all the relays. You just may have to do some digging to find the location or function of a particular relay. You can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader's search function by holding the Ctrl or Cmd key and pressing the letter "F." In the search window, type a key word such as "starter," then click on NEXT. In this way you can toggle through all the pages related to the starter, and in the component listing for Figure 02.1 you'll find that the starter relay is R10 in the Front Power Distribution Fuse Box.
Cheers,
Don
