how to replace XJ8 Window Master Switch

Hello,

The window switches of the driver side are faulty, and I want to replace them. Do I have to remove the door panel to replace them or is there any easier way to do it?

It is a 2008 XJ8 by the way

There are two screws directly under the switch thru the handle/armrest.
Remove these and the switch lifts out.
