I have the same noise. Personally I think it is the air compressor winding down. But others tell me that's the sound the radiator fan makes. Completely normal.

As was said, it is the radiator fans slowing down. Louder if the AC was on since both would have been running for sure. Without the AC running the fans will only run when the radiator temp is up at the threshold temp. You probably notice it more in the summer.

Bad bushings? Or bad bearings? Does that mean it could fail or is just an annoyance?

I guess it is difficult to diagnose a noise over the internet, whether yours is abnormal or not, but mine has been like that since new and dealer has never mentioned anything. After all of this time, it has not become any louder either. As others have mentioned, it seems pretty common and standard. Perhaps in your case though, there is a problem. Without being able to hear it.....

I am sure you're hearing and describing the sound of the E-Brake motor locking the parking brake down after engine shut off.
