Christopher,

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! It's great to have you with us.

I have moved your post to your own new thread, since the thread you posted it to has nothing to do with your issue. If you would like me to change the title of your thread, please let me know. You may not have editing privileges until you've been a member longer and have made a minimum number of posts.

It is important to include the year, model and engine displacement of your car with your posts so others can give you the most accurate replies. It's a great idea to add that info to your signature line so you don't have to remember it every time. See my signature below.

In the meantime, please visit the New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum and post a required introduction so we can learn something about you and your Jaguar and give you a proper welcome.

Cheers,

Don

The orange coloured light in your photo provides mood lighting and should come on when you have the headlights on. On my car the rearmost white light in your photo comes on with the door open and the forward one is the push on-off reading light. Have you checked the bulbs as a start point?

Check the fuses. Should be under the glove box next to passenger door
