If you lower the car without making some adjustment to the wheel alignment, aren't you going to wear out the inside edge of the tires really quickly?

Yes changing the ride height also changes the camber.

From memory a 15mm drop took my front camber from -0.70º to about -1.60º

There is no camber adjustment on the rear axle so... nothing much to do there.

So if you are going to regularly drive around with the vehicle set low then it would be wise to have your alignment adjusted to that height.

In my case the car will be set 99% of the time at -15mm, which is what it is now anyhow. So i'll get the alignment done at that height, again.

OK time for an update.

The first prototype controller is in the car. It works. Although needs some fine tuning of the pre-set heights before we say it's ready to bring to market.

I was worried that the right front would not respond so well (because it doesn't have a height sensor & is a PITA to set the height on that corner) but it raised & lowered in harmony with the left front so we are good.

Because of the logic in the Air Suspension Module the front & rear axles move up & down in sequence. The rear raises first then the front, the front lowers first and then the rear. Can't do anything about that.

I think I also might have figured out a way to disable the speed lowering (where the car lowers 15mm automatically at 100mph) so i'll be looking into this as part of the "kit"

I'd say by January the kits will be ready to order.
