LOCATION of SUSPENSION SENSOR
I am getting the "Air Suspension Fault" message, it is not showing all the time but intermittently (approx. 50% of the time) However, the suspension is just fine. So, I am thinking it is just an issue with the sensor. Is this something that can be fixed or replaced, if so, where is it located on the car ?

Your car being from 2007, it should have only three sensors, one at the front (it's on the left hand side) and two at the rear. The sensors can be replaced.

I do not have pictures, but the sensors are connected to the suspension arms via rods.

I have scanned the car with my iSOFT and it comes up with error C2303 RESERVOIR PLAUSIBILITY ERROR. I have checked the airline fittings at the Pump/reservoir with soapy water but could not detect any leaks. I also checked the fitting on the front suspension, also no leaks. I am thinking that if there was an air leak firstly it wouldn't be intermittent and after a few days the suspension would drop but this is not happening.
I fixied mine with same problem replacing compressor seals used bagpipingandy' kit:

6 month and going strong!

I have a similar problem, mine comes on 1-6 miles into a journey then stays on. The pump is slow to kick in/leaking, I was told. There are 3 options for the air compressor pump, I assume based on the age of the car. Does anyone here know (roughly) what age will align with which pump version? I have a 3.5 V8 first registered in May 2005

Hi,
look here and select according to the last 6 digits of the VIN of your car:

The Jaguar parts catalogue is always based on the VIN.

Since this post has been hijacked I will reply
to Bob's original query.
C2303 relates to a slow inflation rate
C2302 relates to the height sensors
Some people might argue with this
but you should consider
fitting Bagpiping Andy's compressor seal

Thanks Meiron, I did purchase the Bagpiping Andy's kit and after fitting no more error signs. Getting the compressor out (on my own and I am passed 80) was a bit of a task but getting it back much more challenging. Very satisfying result all up.
Hopefully when you installed the ring kit you dried out the desiccant beads? They will be totally saturated with water. At least the few I have taken apart. One of the BIG problems with the air suspension is this water build up. Some have just replaced the beads too. I baked mine in the oven for a few hours.

Yes, dry or replace those beads! When I removed my compressor the first time it dumped water from the output line, so I knew I was in trouble. I went ahead with the ring kit, and new beads. When I got down to the dryer, it was actually a water tank.
How these things can be out there without a separately serviceable dryer, external to the compressor and easy to replace, is to me, unconscionable. Water is the system's enemy, and there is no provision for removing it. It collects in the reservoir and the struts, and it rusts the solenoid valves.
Even after refitting the compressor, with new desiccant, I couldn't go more than ten minutes without a dash alarm, so I gave up and put on coilovers. Couldn't be happier with it. My air never worked properly since I bought the car, and I though it would be a simple matter of the compressor, or finding a leak, but after finding how much water was in my system, and living in humid Florida, I saw no point in spending half again what I paid for the car just to keep it on air, and then probably have to do it again in a few years. The air system's primary fault source is not even a recommended service!
And by the way, for those that don't realize, once you get an air suspension fault on the dash, the system stops. It will make no further efforts to operate the air system until the car is shut off and restarted.

Fortunately, here in Europe the climate is not so humid as it might be in Panama.
When I refurbished the compressor of my car some 5 years ago the dessicant beads were nice and dry,no humidity whatsoever.

Thomas

I did dry out the desiccant beads in the oven. I looked to purchased new ones but could only buy a kilo. It is interesting that you say the suspension does not fully work after a suspension fault alarm, as mine was working correctly prior to the overall of the compressor.

Re your problem with the remote locking why
don't you take it to a jag dealer they should do it FOC for you.
They did mine in Melbourne years ago when I was not flashing fast enough.
I am guessing there may be a problem after multiple attempts
and maybe a hard reset would solve that.
