my power seats work, but not the memory

 

Are you sure that the car has seat memory fitted; do you have the three memory buttons on the driver's door ?

 

Can you give more detail ? Does it seem to accept a seat position then not go back to that when you press the memory button you set ? I had a problem with my previous X350, and was told to cycle the seat setting from max one way to max the other, then set the seat and enter to a memory button. Apparently the system can "forget" the seat setting ranges, so this cycling puts them back in. I assume it restores some reference settings.

 

Yes it is equipped with memory, the mirrors and steering wheel work
