Ok, I know its always a bit vague and hard to pin down when someone says they have a noise but this one is kinda distinctive.


When I open the drivers door first thing in the morning or open the trunk or exert the slightest pressure or movement on the vehicle I hear this noise from the rear, driver side, wheel well. It's a sort of click, click click/tick tick tick and I haven't even got in yet. I'm thinking shock/suspension....
(04 xj8 with the air suspension still working)


Has anyone experienced this?

Sounds like the system is going into "Stance" mode ready to drive off.
