Default Powerstop brake pads and rotors for X350.

Does anyone use these brake pads and rotors?
Can anyone recommend them or offer advice on what to use if these are no good?

Been using them on my 2007 xj8 front and rear for last four months, I have used them on other cars also, braking is good and wheels stay clean, couldn't be happier, still using stock rotors, good price too,
regards

I just had these put on my wife's Audi S6 Trosty. Price was very good; with stock brembo blanks. They feel pretty good, like a stock + improvement. No noise or bad dust so far.

They remind me of Akebono ceramics or such.

Looks like I shall purchase a set of front and rear pads then. Thanks for the info.

Just ordered off Amazon a set of Evolution Z16 Ceramics for front and rear for $50. The part code was 16-599. Hope they are the correct ones.

BUgger, they were completely the wrong size and type....

Do not go with the powerstop Z16 - 599 set of pads. They are wrong.

Default rotors and pads

I've used Centric rotors since the center section and vanes are powder coated black and look nice. I use Akebono Ceramic pads because they work great with no dust. I will use them again when the time comes. Completely satisfied.

+1 on these type of rotors
I used the stop tech sports stop E coated rotors on my XJR6 and wife's jeep GC with akebono pads
The GC has done 100,000 k,s already and these rotors and pads
rotors have no discernible lip yet will be using these again when its time on the X350

I used brakeperformance cross drilled rotors with akebonos on my 04 XJR. It has been a year with no problems. Car brakes smoothly, virtually no dust, they are quiet and cheap!
