Default Question on 06 XJR interior color

So since I got my R I have looked at numerous pictures of other R's but haven't seen one with the piping like mine. Not saying mine is special but was this standard equipment with the tan/buckskin interior and the Radiance Red paint ? I mean it was one of the factors that playing into my purchasing it over the XF I actually went to look at.

Any insight would be appreciated.

looks great, I have not seen the piping in an XJR before, my Super V8 had a contrast piping but as the seats are a different style it is not on the edges like yours, mine is not red either,

In my search for Jag interior pics and info I've never come across red piping like that. I would guess that they had been custom done, but you never know, could be done by factory. But it is not an option as far as I'm aware.

Guessing it's custom. My SV8 is radiance red, champagne interior and mocha trim. The piping on mine is Mocha, which is the same color of your carpet.
Look in the door frame (in front of that white dot on the dash in your photo). You should see the color codes on a white label. Maybe it will reveal something.

Codes didn't reveal anything, standard CRB/SEL but given where the car came from (affluent area in north Scottsdale AZ), its lower miles (just over 60K when I bought it in April) and its overall condition I am thinking its custom. Here is a shop from the back seat..... piping follows through on the center section of the back seat also. I might just inquire about doing the piping on the door panel inserts. I can pull those myself. Here is another pic. Thanks for the insight.

Looks nice, Jaguar used to do that kind of piping in the Eighties on the XJ40 top models

This is all I have John. If you don't know the dealer, Jaguar can certainly tell you. look around page 16
