Hello to all my Jag friends!

i am thinking about installing a surveillance camera that will run from my accessory plug,my question, is it safe? will it affect my electronics? it will only be used over nite and never for more than 24 hrs at a time.

I think the accessory plug powers down when the car is turned off, and if it didn't I would be afraid a camera would drain the battery. These cars don't like weak batteries. All kinds of gremlins start popping up.
