Temp sensor high restance , no ram ,runs rough exhaust glows red please 🙏

That is most probably an O2 sensor. You really need to scan for trouble codes (DTC's).

Car thinks it is in the arctic and is over fuelling to compensate for the "cold'. Get a new thermostat!
