Angry screen went black while trying to perform a hard reset

Does anyone have a s/w disk or down load that I could possible use to perform this action. .. totally not amused with not having ac or heat , nor screen resolution. Ect.

Holding down the phone and the menu button. ,, bringing up the secret menue. I chose the wrong items to disable. .. and yes I have tried the fuse

This may work do you have the radio code if so remove the battery cables from the battery then hold the cables together for 30 seconds then put them back on the battery this will set the ecu's back to factory settings you will have to reset your windows but thats easy then try your radio

Clifton, I don't have my radio code but I'll try to use my Vin # to receive it from momentum jaguar. ..then I'll try that thank u

My understanding is that cars in the UK use a security radio code, but the cars in the USA do not in most cases, so you may be ok here.

I dont think any of the "us spec" jags had required codes. Never required it on my last 3 models 1990-2006. My 2006 SV8 did have a radio code hand writen in the owners book but have never needed it. Land rovers are a different story, always needed them.
