Holy crap, that's the absolute LAST thing that comes to mind when someone says they started their car with a paper clip.
Again, you may know what you're trying to say, but your words have none of that meaning in them, so nobody understands what you're talking bout. "Started with a paper clip" means a paper clip was used to pick the ignition lock, or something like that. You never said anything about a "paper clip" being used to cross-connect stuff. That looks like they just stole power from an unused fuse slot to feed to to fuse 33 because for some reason fuse 33 had no power. I truly hope they bridged to the right side of that fuse, because otherwise you're feeding unfused power into the circuit. If the load on fuse 33 is the socket they bridge to, you could burn your car down. If the the load is the other side of the fuse, then it was done "correctly," but the actual fix would be to find why the fuse has no power.
