Simple Fuel T Junction Question
I am resurrecting a my no start 1980 XJ6 4.2 that I unfortunately parked outside for a year without driving. I have no spark and have replaced many of the ignition components -- more questions on that later.
Right now, I'm fixing a few rusty fuel line leaks. The one I need info on is this: there is a 'T' junction fitting, it looks to be copper, on the driver's side rear of the car just forward of the rear tire. Fuel squirts out of a line inside there. Can I replace that 'T' with a typical fuel line junction, or is it a valve?
Thank you very much...
I've attached a photo of the car. Worth bringing back to life -- I miss driving it.
