Some side of the engine sensor leaks oil
Hello fellows,

Some side of my XJ8 2004 engine sensor leaks oil.
my Jag has 207,254 miles and it’s been good to me only problem I had was replacing the Airshocks and Compressor.
I don’t know the name of that sensor but it’s on both side of the engine when you open the hood .
Can someone tell me the name so I can get the part
pictures attached

are the VVT oil seal easy to replace ?

They simply press in from the top. Use a small blade screwdriver under the edge and pop them out, then clean the surface with a rag and hand press the new one in.
