If the light is flashing that means you are damaging the catalytic converters. You should stop driving it until it's fixed to avoid further damage.

But you did not say if you can DIY the repairs? The first step is to get and clear the codes. Do you have a code reader?
If not you can go to most any parts store and they will read them. Get them to erase it all too. Now I have started getting the old we are not allowed to do that crap so you really want your own scanner these days. It's just SO useful!

Again we can't and neither can anybody else suggest parts because we don't know what the problems are yet??

i will go get the codes read today and ill post them but for the trunk if i get the key fob programmed it will open the trunk im hoping unless i need a new trunk

Yes the programmed FOB should open the trunk.
