I was wondering if there is a specific PDF that has every single DTC listed available for download and searching?

If not, is there a way to make one from JTIS or the Manual PDF's?

I currently have the time and inclination to make one if there is not one already?

That would be a handy reference to have. I usually check OBD-Codes OBD-II Trouble Codes - DTC Codes Car Repair which is helpful on the general codes, but is not Jaguar specific.

Here's a different link to the same 153-page version of the 2004 DTC manual that Sean linked to. There is also a 74-page version containing only the Powertrain DTCs but this is the most helpful version I've found. The advantage of this document over more generic ones is that it provides the Monitoring Conditions, Default Action, Control Module connector pins, and Possible Causes for each code, specific to the X350, all of which can come in handy when trying to diagnose the root cause of the code:

There have been a few codes reported by forum members that do not appear in the DTC Manual, but may appear either in the relevant section of the Workshop Manual or one or more Jaguar TSBs. The next time one of these turns up I'm going to check Cambo's Ford list, which certainly appears exhaustive.

Cheers,

Don

That has AJ3X_AJ6X_AJ8X_EMS_OBDII_2005MY.pdf from May 2004 (113 pages)

There's a newer one that's 152 pages.

Thanks for the links.

Could an admin put the most pertinent or relevant one(s) in the "How to quick links X350 / X358" Thread for quick use please?

JagV8,

That AJ3X_AJ6X_AJ8X_EMS_OBDII_2005MY.pdf document is interesting because it is organized by EMS monitoring circuits/sensors, but the actual lists of DTCs are very abbreviated and there are no B or U codes at all.

I couldn't find the "newer one that's 152 pages." Do you know the file name?

Thanks,

Don

I got it from GTR (TOPIX). Too big for this site's upload limit. Yep, 152 pages for OBD monitors, mode 6, P codes. Oh and ABS info.

From April 2008.

Any chance you could email it to me and I will split it down to a sectional, more uploadable range of documents?

Now that's going to be difficult to put on the web site if it is larger than the upload limit.

Unless an Uber admin can put it on the website using his super uber powers with no upload limitations possibly?

Or a smaller sectioned version for us lesser mortals to be able to upload to be added to the links page?
