Question Tool sizes needed to swap out a shock?

hey everyone I found a video that shows how to swap out a shock but none that show the tools needed.
In the vid it looks like he has a massive unknown size Torx bit connected to a 1/2 drive & ratchet and would like to know any other uncommon size tools that I am gunna need?

Need to buy a bentleys service manual for this car if they make one so I don't have to ask these types of questions in the future

Thanks for any help, even if you only know one of the sizes that would be great

I'm soon in need of this info too. I think I also saw an allen key being used at one point in the video.

Hey buddy I found out that the torx bit is a T-60 (its the shock bolt that mounts it to lower control arm I believe

everything else should be pretty standard (under 20mm sizes, someone please correct me if im wrong)

T-60 is correct, and the Allen key is nothing special.about middle of the standard set.

Oh, and the upper a-arm is an 18 mm, which is kinda henky...I happened to have a socket in that size to break it loose and used a 3/4 in rachet w/ allen key to get the rest of the way.

My lesson learned.on my shock replacement...don't drop that 4mm ferrule form into the engine bay when you replace it with the new one that comes with the arnott unit...oh the misery
