Default Towing my disabled X350 with the EPB on?

Somebody stole my only key to my '04 XJ8. Local dealer can cut and code two new keys for me but the car must be on site. Car is unlocked and open in my driveway but the electric parking brake is engaged. I can order up a tow from AAA this morning and they will probably send a rollback. Question is can they winch the car up on the rollback with the EPB engaged without damaging anything?

I searched disabling the EPB and although probably within my level of expertise, wow! what a complete PITA!
Short of that, order up a conventional boom wrecker and lift from the rear for the 15 mile tow?
Advise the tow company of a 'stuck parking brake' and ask for wheel dollies for the rear wheels?

BTW, Jaguar of Louisville will cut and program two new chip keys for about $285 with tax and after my 10% Jag Club discount. Hopefully with new codes to negate my stolen key.

You wouldn't want to tow with the rears wheel on the ground anyway, you'd destroy the transmission unless you removed the drive shaft. As far as getting it onto a flatbed, it might have to drag the rear wheels as it gets lifted, but that's not a problem.

getting it off might be a problem...

Put the rear wheels on dollys to load and unload from the flatbed

Or

Open the truck.

Go to this thread to release the parking brake

After releasing the parking brake you need to get the car out of park apparently there is a lever on the left side of the shifter mechanism that you can access by removing the shifter cover. Use a thin screw driver to press the lever and shift out of park.
