I have the Kuhmo's on my XJR6 very happy with them quiet last well not sure in cold climates have had them on 2 different cars also had the toyo's never again constant wheel alignments and balancing would have been cheaper to have let them just wear out than all the balancing and alignments they needed

Doc

thanks for the reply on the Kumho tires. Are they the Ecstas?

also for my geography education, I have never had the good fortune to visit Australia. Florida in the US has a Gold Coast on the southeast part of the state, where is the Gold Coast of Australia?

Just a quick update: I rearranged the tires again, and the vibration lessened quite a bit. Still there at highway speeds, but at least up to 60 mph it's fairly smooth. Definitely time to replace these tires.

I noticed these Contis are worn in the center, they have a "U" shape wear pattern on all 4. Guess someone ran them overinflated for quite a while.

I swapped to the ESCTA KU39 and am very happy with them over the Pzero's

I can also get 4 of them fitted for one Pzero. Performance is a a bit less but not much
For the next set im going to go for the ECSTA PS91 which is about half the price of the Pzero and I expect them to be better or as good as the PZero

Cheers

The Gold coast is part of south east Queensland its on the east coast of Australia very similar climate to Florida in fact if I was going to live in The US it would be southern California or south Florida LOL

I have been to both and I feel right at home when I was there they call the gold coast Australia's retirement capital as well so very similar
And yes the Kuhmo's where Ecstas don't know what model but am very happy with them for the money would buy them again

the Climate in southeast Florida is not and also humid in the summer, whereas southern California is not without the humidity. In that aspect they are quite different. Not sure how the weather patterns move in Australia, and what the humidity levels would be in your "gold coast"

We're "normally" fairly dry here in SoCal. Except now, we have some *(&%^ tropical storms down Mexico way which has disgustingly increased the humidity where it's not right. I know I'm wussy, but bring back the 10-15% humidity I'm used to...

It gets very hot and humid here on the Gold Coast Australia in summer further north you go the hotter and more humidity winters are fantastic though shorts all year round and cold weather clothes what are they LOL

I like Florida because its like here and I have some friends there as well

But I do like the hot dry climate of Melbourne in summer as well that's why I like southern California hard choice to make
house in both would be ideal LOL

That's my ideal for here in Australia when it to humid I just go to Melbourne its hotter but dryer weird
